Once we receive your inquiry, we will reach out to set up a phone call meeting, we can’t wait to meet you and hear all about your special day!
After our consultation, we will email you a customized proposal that’s tailored to your needs!
Once the proposal is accepted, we will booked your tasting date, at your tasting date we will finalize booking by having you sign your contract and pay your deposit.
Now that it’s official… the fun begins!

- Do you have a minimum order? Yes, $1500.00 for social and corporate events, for weddings click at our wedding link.
- Do you have extra fees? Yes, Tax 7%, Gratuity 10%, Transportation, Debit or credit card fee 3.5%
- Do you have a license and insurance? Yes, catering license and insurance and bar insurance.
- What areas do you serve? Central Florida (Bradenton, Sarasota, Tampa, St. Pete)
- Does our tasting have a cost? Yes $250.00 up to 4 guest, but your money goes as part of your deposit.
- How far in advance should I reserve with Exotic Gourmet? For social and corporate at least 2 months in advance, for weddings at least 6 months.
