Bar package for weddings
Guest Count: Minimum 50, Maximum 200
Included:
- Two signature cocktail, homemade syrups, mixers and Garnishes
- One bartender for every 50 guest.
- One Bar helper for every 100 guest.
- Serving wine, beer and hard liqueur.
- Bar utensils.
- Acrylic cups.
- Ten bags of ice and coolers.
- Soft Drinks station, with dispensers and sodas.
- Insurance and certified bartenders.
- Customized decor to enhance the ambiance of your event.
- A polished touch with a custom menu for your bar top.
- Help with alcohol calculations

Can I hire only the bartending service or a bartender per hour?
No, our primary service is catering, and our bartending service is offered as part of a package price.
What is the minimum number of guests per bartender?
We provide one bartender for every 50 guests.
Do you provide the alcohol?
No, we do not provide alcohol, but we have a wine partner who offers an exclusive discount to Exotic Gourmet clients.
Do you have extra fees?
Yes, additional fees include:
- Tax: 7%
- Gratuity: 15%
- Transportation: Based on location
- Debit or Credit Card Fee: 3.5%
Do you have a license and insurance?
Yes, we hold a catering license, bar insurance, and general liability insurance.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Central Florida, including Bradenton, Sarasota, Tampa, St. Pete, and Fort Myers.
How far in advance should I reserve with Exotic Gourmet?
For social and corporate events, we recommend booking at least 2 months in advance. For weddings, we suggest reserving at least 6 months in advance.
