Cynthia's passion for cooking began at the age of 12 when she started helping her mom in her restaurant, from then on she have not left this wonderful world of flavors.

Now CEO and Chef of Exotic Gourmet, brand that started its journey in Lima, Peru back in 2009 with a dream that Cynthia had, originally called "Mapy Gourmet " giving Catering services and artisan chocolates, Her goal was to create a globally known and respected brand that could sell to all around the world.

This all started small as all things do and she began selling her chocolates to friends and colleagues who had tasted her products eventually selling to hotels, restaurants and gourmet shops in the Capital City of Lima where the now “famous” Chocotejas was born!

Today that dream has been reborn here, She arrived in 2017 to visit her mother with her 7-year-old daughter, without imagining that she would find the love of her life and leave her business in Lima to start a new adventure.

It was very hard since the first years of adaptation and organization Then, when she thought she was ready, the pandemic arrived and with that she paused all her projects. After waiting for 2 years, in October 2021 she decided to dedicate herself completely to her business here in Bradenton; Now Specialized on Catering Services offering some of the best fusion dishes and desserts, always maintaining her Peruvian culture with the best ingredients and flavor with the 2 most powerful secret ingredients Love and passion.
