Catering costs can vary based on factors such as menu selections, guest count, seasonality of ingredients, required rentals, and venue logistics. This flexibility enables us to create a customized plan that aligns with your event’s specific needs and budget.

Additional considerations, including staffing, necessary rentals, administrative fees, and any applicable minimums, will be clearly outlined and provided for your approval in advance, ensuring complete transparency.

For a full-service event dinner seating reception, pricing typically starts at 120 per person with our minimum of 50 guests, which includes both food and service.

Once we receive your inquiry, we will reach out to set up a phone call meeting, we can’t wait to meet you and hear all about your special day! 

At our consultation call, we will define which services tailored to your needs! 

Once you accept the investment, we will send you an invoice to booked your tasting of $250.00 

 At your tasting date we will finalize booking by having you sign your contract and pay your deposit.

Nota: If you already know us and our food, we can skip the tasting and booked you a soon as possible.

Do you have a license and insurance?
Yes, we hold a catering license, bar insurance, and general liability insurance to ensure a professional and compliant service.

What areas do you serve?
We proudly serve Central Florida, including Bradenton, Sarasota, Tampa, St. Pete, and Fort Myers.

Is there a cost for a tasting?
Yes, there is a tasting fee of 250 for up to 4 guests. However, this fee is credited towards your deposit if you choose to book our services.

How far in advance should I reserve with Exotic Gourmet?
For social and corporate events, we recommend booking at least 2 months in advance.
