Yes, our minimum order is the price of each package, multiplied by the number of guests you have.Do you have a license and insurance?
Yes, we hold a catering license and insurance, as well as bar insurance.Do you have extra fees?
Yes, additional fees include:- Tax: 7%
- Gratuity: At your discretion
- Transportation fee
- Debit or credit card fee: 3.5%
Is your kitchen setup and equipment included?
If your venue has a kitchen area that provides basics such as a sink, tables, electricity, and a refrigerator, the equipment is included in the price. If we need to set up a kitchen outside the venue, there will be an extra fee of 10% to 20%, depending on the number of guests and venue location.What areas do you serve?
We serve Central Florida, including Bradenton, Sarasota, Tampa, and St. Pete.Does your tasting have a cost?
Yes, the tasting costs $250.00 for up to 4 guests, which will be credited toward your deposit if you choose to book with us.How far in advance should I reserve with Exotic Gourmet?
We recommend booking at least 6 months in advance.
