Lest get in to the same page, Your wedding day is a milestone that deserves to be celebrated with care and precision. At Exotic Gourmet, we are dedicated to making your special day reflect the unique essence of your relationship. Our Chef /Owner Cynthia Muir originally from Peru, with 25 years of experience in hospitality,  and her team of experts is here to guide you through every step of the planning process, ensuring a seamless and unforgettable experience.

With our exclusive menu that reflects our passion for international cuisine, such as Peruvian, Italian, Mediterranean, French, Spanish, and Chinese, we are the best in our hospitality industry with our incomparable flavors and artistic designs.

Expect to invest

The amount that you will invest in your wedding is contingent on your preferences, As food and beverage experts, we receive approximately 25% to 35% of your wedding total investment.

Our services are designed with your needs in mind. Choose the style that best suits the experience you want to have, and we will personalize every detail, from the election of your unique menu until the art presented at our stations and your guests' tables.

Plated services

Gold Plated

Guest Count: Minimum 25, Maximum 200

Cocktail hour: Choose between Passed Hors d’Oeuvres or a Designed Hors d’Oeuvres Station.

Meal: Customized Menu of 4 Courses

  1. One start.
  2. One main dish (Your guests will choose between vegetarian or meat)
  3. Bread & Butter plated.
  4. One dessert 

Included:

  1. China plates. (Start, dinner, bread, dessert)
  2. Cutipol GOA Gold or silver flatware ( Forks, knives, spoons, salad forks, butter knives.)
  3. Chargers & Napkins
  4. Goblet water glass 11.50 oz.
  5. Designed and printed of menu cards.
  6. Staffing as needed (Included: Captain/Chef , Sous chef, Salon coordinator, servers, busser)  
  7. Cutting cake service (Included plates and spoons)
  8. After dinner coffee station. (china included) 

Investment: at $250.00 per guest plus fees ( FAQ section) 

Classic Plated

Guest Count: Minimum 25, Maximum 200

Cocktail hour: Passed Hors d’Oeuvres (Choose four kinds)

Meal: Customized menu of 2 Courses

  1. One start.
  2. One main dish (Your guests will choose between vegetarian or meat)
  3. Bread & Butter plated.

Included:

  1. China plates. (Start, dinner and bread)
  2. Cutipol GOA Gold or silver flatware ( Forks, knives, spoons, salad forks, butter knives.)
  3. Goblet glass 11.50 oz.
  4. Staffing as needed  
  5. Cutting cake service

Investment: $150.00 per guest plus fees (FAQ section)

Gold Buffet Carving

Guest Count: Minimum 50, Maximum 200

Cocktail Hour: Four kinds of Passed Hors d’Oeuvres

Main Course: Beautifully designed buffet station + carving 

  1. Choice of one carving meat.
  2. One Buffet Dish.
  3. One Pasta Dish
  4. Two Buffet Sides
  5. Fresh fruit & vegetables (make your own salad) 
  6. Rolls & Butter baskets

Included:

  1. China dinner plates.
  2. Cutipol GOA Gold or Silver flatware ( forks & knives)
  3. Goblet glass 11.5 oz. 
  4. Printed and designed of menu cards.
  5. Designed station ( Personalized decoration with your color palette and theme)
  6. Central piece with Lights, flowers, fresh fruit and vegetables.

Guest Count: Minimum 50, Maximum 200

Main Course:  Large platters of prepared food are placed in the center of each reception long tables.

  1. Do you have a minimum of investment?
    Yes, our minimum is $7000.00

  2. Do you have a license and insurance?
    Yes, we hold a catering license and insurance, as well as bar insurance.

  3. Do you have extra fees?
    Yes, additional fees:

    • Tax: 7%
    • Gratuity: At your discretion
    • Transportation fee ( depends of location and services)
    • Debit or credit card fee: 3.5%
  4. Is your kitchen setup and equipment included?
    If your venue has a kitchen area that provides basics such as a sink, tables, electricity, and a refrigerator, the equipment is included in the price. If you are having a tented wedding we need to visit the venue to defined if we are gonna charge extra fee.  

  5. What areas do you serve?
    We serve Central Florida, including Bradenton, Sarasota, Tampa, and St. Pete.

  6. Does your tasting have a cost?
    Yes, the tasting costs $250.00 for up to 4 guests, which will be credited toward your deposit if you choose to book with us.

  7. How far in advance should I reserve with Exotic Gourmet?
    We recommend booking at least 6 months in advance.
