Plated services

Gold Plated

Guest Count: Minimum 25, Maximum 200

Cocktail hour: Choose between Passed Hors d’Oeuvres or a Designed Hors d’Oeuvres Station

Meal: 3 Courses

  1. One start.
  2. One main dish (Your guests will choose between vegetarian or meat)
  3. Roll & Butter plate.
  4. One dessert, In case you do not want dessert we will change it for a late snack.

Included:

  1. China plates. (Start, dinner, bread, dessert)
  2. Cutipol GOA Gold or silver flatware ( Forks, knives, spoons, salad forks, butter knives.)
  3. Chargers & Napkins
  4. Goblet water glass 11.50 oz.
  5. White ceramic salt & pepper shakers for each table. 
  6. Designed and printed of menu cards.
  7. Staffing as needed (Included: Captain/Chef , Sue chef, Salon coordinator, etc.)

  1. Do you have a minimum order?
    Yes, our minimum order is the price of each package, multiplied by the number of guests you have.

  2. Do you have a license and insurance?
    Yes, we hold a catering license and insurance, as well as bar insurance.

  3. Do you have extra fees?
    Yes, additional fees include:

    • Tax: 7%
    • Gratuity: At your discretion
    • Transportation fee
    • Debit or credit card fee: 3.5%
  4. Is your kitchen setup and equipment included?
    If your venue has a kitchen area that provides basics such as a sink, tables, electricity, and a refrigerator, the equipment is included in the price. If we need to set up a kitchen outside the venue, there will be an extra fee of 10% to 20%, depending on the number of guests and venue location.

  5. What areas do you serve?
    We serve Central Florida, including Bradenton, Sarasota, Tampa, and St. Pete.

  6. Does your tasting have a cost?
    Yes, the tasting costs $250.00 for up to 4 guests, which will be credited toward your deposit if you choose to book with us.

  7. How far in advance should I reserve with Exotic Gourmet?
    We recommend booking at least 6 months in advance.
