After our consultation, we will email you a customized proposal that’s tailored to your needs!
Once the proposal is accepted, we will booked your tasting date, at your tasting date we will finalize booking by having you sign your contract and pay your deposit.

Do you have a minimum order?
Yes, we require a minimum order of 50 guests and a $2500.00 minimum for social and corporate events. For wedding-specific information, please visit our wedding link.
Are there extra fees?
Yes, additional fees include:

- Transportation: Based on location
- Debit or Credit Card Fee: 3.5%
Do you have a license and insurance?
Yes, we hold a catering license, bar insurance, and general liability insurance.

We serve Central Florida, including Bradenton, Sarasota, Tampa, St. Pete, and Fort Myers.
Is there a cost for a tasting?
Yes, the tasting fee is $250.00 for up to 4 guests. This fee is credited toward your deposit if you choose to book our services.
How far in advance should I reserve with Exotic Gourmet?
For social and corporate events, we recommend booking at least 2 months in advance. For weddings, we suggest reserving at least 6 months in advance to ensure availability and thorough planning.
