Yes, we hold a catering license, bar insurance, and general liability insurance to ensure a professional and compliant service.

How far in advance should I reserve with Exotic Gourmet?
For social and corporate event galas, we recommend booking at least 6 months in advance. For weddings, we suggest reserving at least a year in advance to ensure availability and thorough planning.

How many wedding or events we execute annually?

No more than 8 per year since at Exotic Gourmet we specialize in creating a highly personalized experience for our clients, which requires several days of preparation and our Chef Cynthia will work and design for you.
